Sure Start - Lewisham Council

New Childrens Creche in South London

I was responsible for the internal demolition and reconstruction of Council Buildings to create a new facility. I was directly responsible for setting out all new sub surface drainage and positioning of all new internal rooms. Whilst working hands on as a carpenter, i supervised all trades onsite and provided liaision with Council Members involved in the project.

Victorian Town House conversion into Flats

I was asked to take over the running of this project as it fell behind after a spate of burglaries.

I implemented new security measures, new perimeter fencing and implemented a higher standard of Health and Safety onsite. I was responsible for restructuring work activities to meet new deadlines.

Warehouse Refurbishment - Canterbury

Commercial Premises conversion - Folkstone

Structural work and Refurbishment of High St premises

I was responsible for interviewing and hiring local trades people to work directly under my supervision to convert a High St premises for new Tenants. Work involved clearing of existing internal structures, carrying out structural works to internal lift shaft, extensive drainage works to neighbouring property, new internal walls and refurbishing 3No. residential flats above the property.

All works carried out was completed before the planned deadline, saving 30K of costs to the customer

Strip out and Refurbishment of Commercial Building - Caterham

Full internal strip out of internal structures and facilities. Complete deep clean to all external parts of the building and carrying out all exterior remedial works.

I was directly responsible for all works on the project. Liaision with local council and planning road closures in order to deep clean all exterior elevations.

Extension and new WC's to Primary School - Camberwell

Six week project to build an extension and two new male and female toilets during school holidays.

I directly managed the procurement of trades and materials for the project. I worked as main builder on the project along with two labourers.

All works were completed on time ready for the schools' new term.
